How long do deliveries take?

Any order placed by 3pm will be despatched same-day. Anything orderd after 3pm will be despatch next-business-day.

Do you deliver to businesses all over Australia?

We use an extensive network of freight providers to cover the vast majority of the country.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to customers within our service areas (the major Eastern metro areas) for all orders over $150, and provide an accurate up-front freight costing for anyone who may be outside our service areas.

Can I review my order history?

Yes, you can view and re-order previous orders from the last 6 months, or your customisable pantry list for the things you know you’ll always need

Do I need to do a credit application or open account first?

Our ordering system allows you to use a bank card to make individual orders. For your convenience, we can also provide approved customers a 30-day credit account. Click here to find the credit application form
